Jammin' Crepes after operating for 4 years at the West Windsor and Princeton farmer's markets asked Knight Architects to transform 2 former retail shops in downtown Princeton into their dream come true - a fabulous and fun local eatery. The restaurant is designed for take out, cozy indoor seating at a specially designed long wood counter and individual tables as well as seasonal sidewalk dining. The reclaimed barn siding, red barn lights, hanging ball jar lights and metal pipe rails provide a charming atmosphere. The center of the restaurant features the crepe prep area. The industrial kitchen and crepe making area are separated by the vintage sliding barn door. Jammin' Crepes uses all New Jersey products and displays the preserved fruits and jams on marble topped custom designed knotty pine cabinets with a sliding library ladder for convenient access.
